  • Understand the context of our organisation and develop policies, objectives and process that meets or exceed the expectations of worker and other interested parties in line with our strategic direction.
  • To determine OH&S Hazards and associated risks and opportunities at every level of organisation to achieve intended outcomes of the OH&S management system and promote continual improv ement .
  • People:

  • Establish, implement and maintain a process for consultation and participation of workers at all levels in development, evaluation and continual improvement of the OH&S management system.
  • Train, d evelop the capabilities and provide resources required for consultation and participation of workers or their representatives.
  • Partnership & Resources:

  • Plan and manage the external partners, suppliers, contractors and internal resources to ensure their processes, products and services conforms to our OH&S management system .
  • Consider inputs from workers and other interested parties at different stages to add value and enhance the effectiveness of the OH&S system.

  • Ensure our processes, products and services are designed considering the OH&S risks to our customers and other interested parties.
  • Identify hazards in all our activities and make efforts to eliminate or reduce the OH&S risks.
